Karen Bajanov
Karen Bajanov is the founder and president of KEB, a company she started in 2007 to provide human resources, payroll, and time and attendance services to businesses. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Karen began her career in human resources and payroll in 1995 and went on to become an human resources director in 2000.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services from Cal State LA and has since worked with numerous companies, providing tailored human resource solutions to meet their specific needs. Her expertise in human resources has enabled her to handle the full suite of human resources, payroll, and time and attendance services for companies with up to 250 employees.
Aside from her work with KEB, Karen also serves as an human resources expert witness, and holds an advisory role with Pakaloh, a cannabis resource marketplace. Karen is committed to delivering the highest quality services to her clients, and her extensive knowledge and experience have earned her a reputation as a trusted and reliable human resources professional.

Natalie is constantly seeking to improve her skills and stay up-to-date with the latest payroll regulations to ensure her clients receive the best possible service.
Talar is an invaluable member of the KEB team, bringing her expertise in communications and HR to the table.
